As Founder and CEO of Inception Global Development, Rafi Asemi brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate, investment, and asset management into the realm of luxury hospitality, always rooted in a hands-on, people-first approach.

His entrepreneurial journey began with founding Prima Luxury Real Estate in Dubai in 2007, a boutique advisory firm recognized for its tailored approach and successful track record in the UAE market. He further expanded his vision by founding Wisdom House, a hospitality and F&B investment and consultancy company that operates across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Rafi Asemi also holds a strategic role as an Executive Partner at UK Sotheby’s International Realty in London.
